Iris Johnson-Kugmeh, Ph.D.
Industrial-Organizational Psychology
Dr. Iris Johnson Kugmeh holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology. Her research and dissertation focused on addressing and mitigating racial discrimination in the workplace, a critical and timely topic.
Her work offers organizations practical, research-based solutions for promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, helping them build fair, respectful workplaces free from discrimination and bias, where people and performance can grow.
